Chef Andrew Marc Rothschild is no stranger to high end dining, a two time recipient of Esquire Magazine’s Best New Restaurants in America honors for his restaurant, The Marc(Chicago) and as executive chef for Annabelle’s (Naples, Florida), he has spent a lifetime honing his skills in some of America’s most acclaimed restaurants. A New Jersey native whose on-the-job training at the prestigious Palm Beach hotel, The Breakers, laid the groundwork for a career that would include top positions at upscale dining destinations in New York (The River Café, Restaurant Raphael), Chicago (Gordon, The Marc), South Florida (Annabelle’s, The Forge and Tsunami), and as part of the world-class Mina Group at Fairmont Turnbery Isle with the critically acclaimed restaurant, Bourbon Steak. Andrew’s other successes included Gordon in Chicago, where he was awarded 3-stars by the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Magazine, Restaurant Raphael, considered by many critics to be the vanguard of fine nouvelle cuisine in New York City, and with David Burke at the River Café in Brooklyn. Other domestic highlights include New York City’s 3-star French restaurant, the Terrace at Columbia University’s Butler Hall. Andrew made his Palm Beach return as the Executive Chef/Director of Operations for Tsunami Restaurant in West Palm Beach, City Place where he received 3 stars from the Miami Herald, a perfect 4 star review from The Palm Beach Post and selected as the Best Sushi in Palm Beach County by local peridicals. Andrew also received critical acclaim for the landmark Miami Beach restaurant, The Forge, regularly featured by Ocean Drive Magazine as well as local networks ABC, NBC, FOX and CBS affiliates’ news and food programs. Andrew’s French culinary experiences include positions at Au Crocodile, which held the prestigious 3-star Michelin rating, Gourmet sans Chique in Strasbourg, and Jardin de la Rempart in Beaune
